G'day again,

Well the run of swell coinciding with comps continued and we were blessed with good conditions once more. Guys were ripping left and right peaks apart. There was plenty of action both in and out of the contest area. I watched Tristan Hogan exit two long barrels outside the contest area and a number of guys were getting some good boosts in between the comp flags. Without further ado the results looked like this:

Round Two - Whale Beach, 5th April 2009

Hi all,

Sorry for the late post - our intrepid correspondent Tim Boreham is off around the globe on behalf of SBC reporting on the terrible effects of Swine Flu on the US and Mexican economies. He might also get a few waves whilst he's over there. Let's hope he gets back alive.

Anyway, the second round was held as you know in pretty good, sizey conditions at Whaley. All the crew were happy to see some juice, and competitors didn't disappoint with a number of guys busting big to score some much-needed competition points. In the end the results turned out like this:
